How to Calibrate the Scales

A new device is already calibrated. Perform this procedure only after a repair or confirmed loss of calibration data.

1. Disconnect the external power supply.
2. Place the sensors and the empty platform on a firm, level surface.
3. Open General Settings → Scale Settings.
4. Start zero calibration and do not touch the platform.
5. When it succeeds, select a 500, 1000, or 5000 g reference weight.
6. Place the reference weight on the platform and start reference calibration.
7. Wait until the reference weight is displayed.
