Troubleshooting

Select the symptom you can observe:

• No SMS messages are received
• The weight is incorrect or unstable
• Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
• The device has a power problem
• Recover the device after long-term storage

Do not start calibration, remove the battery, or edit service XML fields as the first troubleshooting step.
