The Weight Is Incorrect or Unstable

1. Check how the weighing system is installed:

   • in a four-sensor configuration, each sensor must rest on a firm, flat support, with all supports in the same plane;
   • a cross-shaped platform with one central sensor must also have a firm, stable support and must not rock.

   Precise leveling with a spirit level is not required. A slight incline is acceptable, but an unstable installation, rocking, or shifting supports may cause errors and unstable readings.

2. Make sure the hive does not rock and the sensors are not submerged in water.

3. Remove any contact between the platform and other objects.
4. Disconnect external power: an unfiltered power source may reduce measurement quality.
5. Check the configured tare.
6. Repeat the measurement without changing the calibration.
